Three Gates Farm is bright and airy cottage which is ideal for families looking for a baby and toddler friendly cottage in Devon.  It’s got gorgeous views of Devon countryside and shared use of an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, outdoor play area, trampoline and 2 acres of grounds to explore.

There are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a family bathroom and an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer.  The sitting room has a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD and video player and free WIFI.

French doors open up to a patio area leading onto the grounds with a BBQ and access to the pool, play area and trampoline.
