Hillcot Cottage is a charming cottage which is a great choice for a toddler holidays in Dorset.  It’s just over 1 mile to the beach and has access to over 30 acres of shared grounds to explore and a fantastic outdoor swimming pool.

The cottage is an end of terrace property with a cozy lounge / kitchen / dining area which is perfect for family get togethers.  The lounge has a wood burner and a TV and DVD player.  The kitchen is well equipped for families with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The shower room with a WC is at the back of the cottage (with a small step leading up to it) and there are 2 bedrooms.  The first double bedroom is next to the shower room and the 2^nd bedroom is a mezzanine style bedroom on the 1^st floor.  This bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.

The cottage doesn’t have any of its own grounds but there are 30 acres of shared grounds to explore and have a picnic in.
